Uzbek Guy Will get 15 Years for Obama Risk

(BIRMINGHAM, Ala.) — A federal pass judgement on in Alabama has sentenced a person from Uzbekistan to greater than 15 years in jail for plotting to kill President Barack Obama.

U.S. District Pass judgement on Abdul OK. Kallon imposed the time period Friday on Ulugbek Kodirov (OO'-legh-bek KAH'-duh-rahv). He confronted as much as 30 years in prison.

A protection attorney argued the 22-year-old Kodirov has standard accountability for his movements and is making an attempt to straighten out his life.

Kodirov pleaded responsible in February to plotting to shoot Obama as he campaigned for re-election. Kodirov mentioned he got here up with the plan after speaking over the web with a person he believed to be a member of an Uzbek Islamic workforce. Government say Kodirov attempted to shop for a weapon and the possible vendor turned into a central authority informant.
