The pop superstar's hour-long NBC live performance special, "Justin Bieber: All over the World," pulled in barely 3.3 million viewers, making it the network's lowest-rated broadcast Wednesday night, in line with reports.
The major reason for Bieber's lackluster rankings -- in comparison to his expected chart-topping luck -- is a foul case of dangerous timing.
